Blade Trinity (2005):  It took three Blade movies, but we finally see the Nightstalkers:  the team he was associated with in the comic books.  This is a good addition to the film series.  It's something new that we haven't seen before, plus I like the characters.  Blade's aging sidekick Whistler gets killed, which is a bummer, but we kind of expect it and it works the importance of Whistler's daughter, one of the Nightstalkers, into the storyline.  Blade battles Dracula, the original vampire, in this intense action-thriller.  I enjoy this movie quite a bit.  Plus there are vampire dogs in this movie, which makes for a neat spectacle among all the other things you'll see.

In this movie, we see more of Blade's car than in the first two films.  It's almost like the Batmobile, with all kinds of weapons and gadgets springing out of it.  Of all the "Blade" films, this is my favorite.  It's actually not as violent as the first two in the way of mutiliations.  There is still a lot of swordplay, fighting, explosions, and other things.  In this film, though, we don't see people's bodies getting ripped up as much...which is good.  Plus the Nightstalkers are intentionally the funniest characters from the film series.  They even get Blade to lose his cool.  As we know, that's hard to do.  There is a ton of stuntwork and special effects and all sorts of freaky characters.  It's just more of what fans of "Blade" and "Blade II" would want!
