This was one of Lorne-Harvey's many reprint titles, but featured original or never-before-seen covers.  The cover art for this issue was actually done for a comic that never saw publication back in the 1950s.  You don't see this scene inside, so it left many people wondering what this story could have been about.

Original Black Cat #2

This is probably my most favorite of the "Original Black Cat" covers.  It's completely original, and shows Black Cat at her loveliest.  Murphy Anderson, who made this cover art, really is outstanding.  I wish she was drawn this way in the comics.  The detail really brings her to life.
