About This Cartoon

About
Hot Noon (1953): This is one of my favorite Woody
Woodpecker cartoons. If it's not THE favorite, it's certainly
somewhere in the top five. Woody Woodpecker is a ragtime piano
player in the Old West, who reluctantly takes position of Sheriff to
catch the notorious outlaw Buzz Buzzard.
What makes this cartoon so cute is Woody's sexy
Mexican girlfriend, always sitting on top of his piano. Woody's
piano antics are pretty cute at the beginning and end of the
cartoon. I also get a kick out of Buzz's ill-fated henchmen, Bizz
and Booz Buzzard. The whole battle between Woody and Buzz is
pretty entertaining.
