Warrene Ott
played "Linda Oliver", then "Stewardess", then "Sharon Klingner".
episodes:
"The Marriage Machine" February 8, 1967 (as "Linda Oliver")
"Something for the
Queen"
October 2, 1968 (as "Stewardess")
"Farm in the Ocean" November 24, 1970 (as "Sharon Klingner")
Warrene Ott was one of those actresses, and there
were many of them, that looked great AND could act, but just never got
herself established in movies or television. Sadly, she passed
away in 1995 at the all-too-young age of 51. Knowing that she was
on the show three times, it can only be assumed that Mr. Henning was
hoping one of her characters would catch with viewers so she could
become a recurring guest star. Paul Henning was cool like that,
and sometimes it worked (i.e. Sharon Tate). Ott's last appearance
was in the show's ninth, and final, season. Unfortunately, Ott's
acting career ended with "Hillbillies". She was in quite a few TV
shows and B-movies from 1961-1970; some of which she wasn't credited.
