Biography:
Ms. Rodgers first came to fame
as Robot #12 in the 1965 film "Dr. Goldfoot and the Bikini Machine"
opposite Vincent Price. This comedy is still a cult
classic. It was very
obviously the inspiration for Dr. Evil's
Fembots in the 1997 movie "Austin Powers: International Man of
Mystery" and its sequels. Then she was a Slaymate in the 1966
Matt Helm movie "The Silencers" opposite Dean Martin.
She went on to become a player for "Rowan
& Martin's
Laugh-In" during the 1969-1970 season. Her last movie appearance
was in "Jigsaw" of 1972 (also known as "Man on the Move"). After
a TV appearance on "Love, American Style" on March 2, 1973 she dropped
out of movies and TV completely.
I'd like to know what Ms. Rodgers has been up to
since that time.
