Biography: He is perhaps most famous now (this being written in 2008) as the voice of Arnold in the popular TV cartoon series "Hey, Arnold!" from 1997-1999. He was the second boy to voice Arnold, taking over the helm after Toran Caudell who did it from 1996-1997. Spencer Klein would take over Arnold from 1999-2004, the end of the series. He was a busy young actor from 1993 to 2003 with many TV and movie roles to his credit.
