Series):
Officer "Swanny" Swanhauser- Played by Noam Pitlik. Swanny's funny! He's the first white cop partner for Smitty in the series. Swanny is an earlier version of Hoppy, who is more well known, in the way that he's white and incredibly straight arrow, by-the-book, and not too with it when it comes to black talk. Swanny takes himself a bit more serious than Hoppy, though, who is a goofball.
