Biography:  John Hemphill is one of those guys who should get more credit than what he's got.  He was on "SCTV" enough to be a regular, although he was never officially a regular.  He was very funny and in a lot of the show's funniest skits.  His signature character was Happy Marsden, the drunk kiddie TV show host.  He's worked a lot since then, primarily in productions filmed in Canada.  More coming soon!
