Biography: The buxom brunette, later blonde, bombshell was a revered pin-up model for the most successful pin-up artists. She later became the first on-screen "Sheena: Queen of the Jungle" in an excellent, but short-lived TV series that lasted only one season. Irish acted in a few other features during this period, but she retired from acting to pursue what became a very prosperous career as a painter.
