Bubba Bexley-  Played by Don Bexley.  It depends on what episode you watch whether Bubba is Fred's best friend or Grady is Fred's best friend.  I like Bubba a lot better than Grady.  Bubba is more of an innocent and naive, where Grady is a flat-out dummy.  You know it's going to be a good episode if it's a Bubba episode!  Plus, he looks funny next to Fred because he's fat and Fred's skinny.
